Advice

My wisest advice.

“Hear this, all you Peoples; listen, all who live in this world, both low and high, rich and poor alike: My mouth will speak words of wisdom; the meditation of my heart will give you understanding. I will turn my ear to a proverb; and with the harp I will expound my riddle: (Psalm 49:1-4)

Sorry, no harp, just a few proverbs and some advice. If you are born-again it is best to read Scripture as loving advice from your heavenly Father. The advice He gives is perfect, His words are always true and the proof will be in your doing. The thing about advice is that it has to be taken in order for it to bear fruit.

Some of God’s advice, taken by others, makes it easy for us to see that it is true. “All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.” (Proverbs 14:23) The profit may only be the experience that the talker will never have. God’s word is full of good advice for His children whom He wants to bless.

My advice? Read it, take it and see for yourself that it is always true. Someday good advice will not be lawful in a world turned upside down. With some media it is already censored. As I watch evil progress, enslaving the nations in debt, I sense calamity coming and “When calamity comes the wicked will be brought down, but even in death the righteous seek refuge in God.” (Proverbs 14:32)

But right now we are living and able to hear and take our Father’s advice.
