Identifying?

Caught at the scene of the crime.

“For through the law I died to law, so that I might live to God.” (Galatians 2:19)

Before we became witnesses we were the suspects convicted of crimes. We rebelled against God’s laws. It isn’t necessary to be a Jew for this to be true, we were all born with  God’s inner laws we call “Conscience.” Violating God’s holy laws or our human conscience is called “sin” and results in death. God’s word cannot be voided nor justice avoided. The only remedy is identifying with Christ’s death and resurrection.

“I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. (Galatians 2:20)

He died for us because of His love for us, and now He lives in us. Are you identifying? It’s a matter of faith. Faith that pleases God.
