Ministry

Jesus is baptized and overcomes the tempter. The ministry of John, who had prepared His way, was accomplished.  “Now when Jesus heard that John had been taken into custody, He withdrew into Galilee;  and leaving Nazareth, He came and settled in Capernaum, which is by the sea, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali. This was to fulfill what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet:

‘The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali,
By the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles—
“The people who were sitting in darkness saw a great Light,
And those who were sitting in the land and shadow of death,
Upon them a Light dawned.’

From that time Jesus began to preach and say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” (Matthew 4: 12-17)

Bloggers

I can’t do any better than that! The Son of God was calling men. Now it’s our turn, every blogger who believes in Him. It doesn’t matter what our interests are. We’re writing and compiling stuff about life, and we are doing it with the Spirit of God. You are visible. You are a voice heard by those God intends to hear you. You are an example of a believer to your world. Because of what Jesus has done, you cannot help but to be different.

We may not say, “Repent.”  But our words and deeds are brought to light, and used by God in mysterious ways. Men and women can’t help but be seen, when they come into the light of Christ. (John 3:16-21) They then see themselves as God sees them. We may not say, “Repent.” But in other ways we tell our story and pray that they stay.

Christian bloggers. May God bless your ministries.
