Fellowship

“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all.” (2 Corinthians 13:14 NASB) What a wonderful greeting. The ears of faith are reminded of God’s amazing gift: Grace, love and fellowship with God. The apostle Paul would remind us of this, God’s blessing. Powerful stuff to be remembered.

Fellowship with God

We have a Father who is as wise as He is loving. A brother whose obedience saved us. And the Holy Spirit as our mentor and guide. Godly relationships take awhile to mature. We start them as a child, there is no other way to enter the kingdom. (Matthew 18:3)

God’s word explained by the Holy Spirit, (1 Corinthians 2:12-14) together with the Father’s wise and loving correction, (Hebrews 12:8) develops wise and obedient sons and daughters, who love Him and pray to do His will on earth. (Matthew 6:9; Luke 11:2)     Consciously participate. Be eager to know Him more and more.

“Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God,  which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words.” (1 Corinthians 2:12-14NASB)
