Waiting

In the mean time we are waiting.

The world’s systems are collapsing in upon themselves from the weight of lust and greed. Not one will remain standing before a righteous God who is shaking the sand out from under the foundations of the structures built by man.

Scriptures foretelling a great falling away, the departing from the truth, started years ago. It happened slowly as evil slipped quietly through the church doors. Things changed. The body of Christ grew in God’s Spirit, while greater numbers fed on doctrines that justified the desires of the flesh.

We know to whom we belong. My joy is in discovering so many of you who are lifting up the name of Jesus fearlessly. We are of one mind and spirit. While all of this chaos surrounds us, remember His Spirit is in us. My job is to copy God’s word’s of encouragement. Something we all need in this trying time. Encouragement.

“And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, ‘Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.'” (Revelation 21: 2-4 NASB)

In the mean time, let us prepare our lamps as we wait for Jesus’ return.
