“For in Him all the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form, (GOD BECAME FLESH) and in Him you have been made complete, (COMPLETE, NOTHING LACKING WHEN YOU’RE IN HIM) and He is the head over all rule and authority; (THE BOSS!) and in Him you were also circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, (REMOVAL OF THE LOVE OF SIN) in the removal of the body of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ; (JESUS DID IT FOR YOU) having been buried with Him in baptism, (IN THE GRAVE) in which you were also raised up with Him (YOU’RE IN CHRIST JESUS NOW) through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. When you were dead by reason of your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, (CUT OFF FROM GOD WITH A WICKED HEART) He made you alive together with Him, (WOW! HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT. YOU WOUD HAVE NEVER KNOWN.) having forgiven us all our transgressions, (ALL THE CREEPY SHAMEFUL THINGS THOUGHT, SAID OR DONE)having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, WOW! A WHOLE LIST OF CHARGES AND PENILTIES DROPPED BY THE JUDGE) which was hostile to us; (THEY CARRIED A DEATH SENTENCE) and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.” (JESUS SUFFERED AND DIED) (Colossians 2:13-14 NASB)
So, PLEASE look to Jesus. Not to your own abilities or what you can get from others. You have everything in Him. You’re alive. God has raised you from the dead, now the life you have is in Him. Remember who’s the Boss. That will never change. What you have is the Father’s will for you in Christ Jesus. A situation meant for you to ask seek and knock on heavens door, according to your new heart. God will listen to you.
Remember that we are to pray according to God’s will. That easy.! Look to Jesus who showed us God’s will.
