Conspiracy Theories

You do not have to be a Christian to be into conspiracy theories. The world is springing them up like water from the ground. It’s easy to see things are not normal, so we seek  explanations. They are offered by unverifiable sources, experts in their fields (who offer conflicting opinions), politicians, (we do not, or should not trust), and various religious types (some would sell you a book.) And there are the followers: The obsessed, depressed, panicky, fearful and even possessed. Most are just scared.  If you believe in God’s Son stop all that craziness. That is not faith!

“I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.'”   (Isaiah 46:10 NASB)  There is no changing or avoiding what God has ordained. Whatever He declares will come to pass, and a generation will experience what has been prophesied. It could be us.

My concerns are for those who are practicing a pretend faith thinking they are ready. Mostly my concern is for the scared who need to hear the gospel. But not from a Christian who tries to “catch them up” to the latest theory. The repentant are looking for truth. They do not have itching ears, they have a needy heart.

Enoch pleased God and was raptured.

Now I am not saying when. I am saying, I hope you’re pleasing God. Trust Him in the midst of whatever.

By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death: ‘He could not be found, because God had taken him away.’ For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God. And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” (Hebrews 11:5-6 NASB)
