When God says, “I will.”
I know God can do anything, and that He has declared His will concerning His creation. The prophets were very specific in declaring God’s will for His chosen people, the house of Judah and the house of Israel. It excites me to be able to look into the future and be confident there will be a better world. I love it when God says, “I will.” “I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.” (Isaiah 46:10 NASB)
It pleased God to let His will be known.
Simply a matter of asking, seeking and knocking. I did, and my faith has become certain of what will be. Even better than foreknowledge is the opportunity to know our Father who is in heaven.
”Behold, I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them; and I will reveal to them an abundance of peace and truth. I will restore the fortunes of Judah and the fortunes of Israel and will rebuild them as they were at first. I will cleanse them from all their iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will pardon all their iniquities by which they have sinned against Me and by which they have transgressed against Me. It will be to Me a name of joy, praise and glory before all the nations of the earth which will hear of all the good that I do for them, and they will fear and tremble because of all the good and all the peace that I make for it.” (Jeremiah 33:6-9 NASB)
