We are packing up
A few little towns remain on the west side of the Cascades in Washington State. Built close to the road so that they can be seen by the tourists and skiers going up the mountain, they are surrounded by the mountains, a river and flowing creeks. Somewhere we will find the spot God has prepared for us. Vicki desired to be closer to her daughter and family. A reasonable desire considering how the world is changing. and that there are a couple of little ones that call her Grandma.
I have begun boxing up the things in our office while Vicki was selling items over the internet. With money earned she has invited me out for dinner tonight. So, lots of work ahead preparing our home for the market, selling it and moving away from this Island. I doubt that I will be posting as frequently as in the past. At least until we are no longer looking for property and settled again. I did not want anyone wondering, and it’s a great opportunity to ask you to pray for us.
Now for God’s word. When reading the Psalms allow the Spirit to reveal truth and prophecies.
“Blessed is the man whom You chasten, O Lord,
And whom You teach out of Your law;
That You may grant him relief from the days of adversity,
Until a pit is dug for the wicked.
For the Lord will not abandon His people,
Nor will He forsake His inheritance.
For judgment will again be righteous,
And all the upright in heart will follow it.” (Psalm 94:12-15 NASB)
