Now it is me writing.
Are you listening? Jesus is saying how it shall be. Cannot speak for you, but I have a ways to go. How far? I don’t know. The apostle Paul said, “I do not even examine myself.” (1 Corinthians 4:3 NASB) The Holy Spirit is teaching, and giving the exams that reveal me to me. I doubt that it’s different for you. We are Christ’s workmanship and I know He will finish His good will for me and you. What’s our part in all of this? Believe Him. Be real! Faking’s not faith.
I read a quote On a brother’s post the other morning attributed to Ron Speer a western friend of the Christians in Nigeria. “When I say Christians, I don’t mean they merely go to church. THEY DARE TO BELIEVE. They do not want others opinions or lying snake oil salesmen posing as preachers….”
