God is talking To a man called Cyrus, concerning His people Israel, through His prophet Isaiah. “But Israel will be saved by the Lord with an everlasting salvation; you will never be put to shame or disgraced, to ages everlasting. (Isaiah 45:17 NASB) God also has a message to the nations that concerned His Son, Jesus. Something for everyone to understand.
“Turn to me and be saved,
all you ends of the earth;
for I am God, and there is no other.
By myself I have sworn,
my mouth has uttered in all integrity
a word that will not be revoked:
Before me every knee will bow;
by me every tongue will swear.
They will say of me, ‘In the Lord alone
are deliverance and strength.’”
All who have raged against him
will come to him and be put to shame. (Isaiah 45:21-24 NASB)
Not much longer and this prophecy will be fulfilled
“As surely as I live,’ says the Lord,
‘every knee will bow before me;
every tongue will acknowledge God. So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God.” (Romans 14:11-12 NASB)
