Can’t stress it enough, if you’re looking for directions in life be like the wise men. They were very intelligent; students of the heavens and knew it was time for Israel’s Messiah to be born. They headed in the right direction to worship the promised King, got close, but still needed final directions. So, they asked around
“When King Herod heard this, he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him. When he had called together all the people’s chief priests and teachers of the law, he asked them where the Messiah was to be born. ‘In Bethlehem in Judea,” they replied, ‘for this is what the prophet has written:'” (Matthew 2:3-5 NASB) “But as for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
Too little to be among the clans of Judah,
From you One will come forth for Me to be ruler in Israel.
His times of coming forth are from long ago,
From the days of eternity.” (Micah 5:2 NASB)
Our Creator’s directions are written in the Holy Bible. To disregard them is hazardous. To dispute them is to be in danger of judgement. To search them is to find wisdom and understanding. The wise men studied the heavens and discovered when God would send His Son. Believers are seeing the signs declaring His soon return. They are written in His Book.
It is heart wrenching for me to clearly see what my nation has become. The criminally insane and evilly possessed hold this nations seats of power and will do anything to keep them. I have never seen righteousness so helplessly overcome as it is today. Blatant evil without consequence. Thankfully, God has ways of quieting my heart until Jesus brings righteous judgement that is due. Are you making good use of the time???
