“But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives. And early in the morning He came again into the temple area, and all the people were coming to Him; and He sat down and began teaching them.” (John 8:1-2 NASB)
He is still sitting, but now Jesus is sitting with His Father on heaven’s throne. He is still praying for and teaching those who come to Him. The only way to get there is by having a truthful spirit. One who denies the truth will never go. Some went to argue, Jesus called them children of the devil. The rest have a spirit of a different kind, one that comes into Christ’s light.
Exposure is often not a comfortable experience when we see ourselves, but a truthful spirit will stay the course. Lessons learnt along the way. That’s what happens when Jesus prays, and we sit and listen to what He has to say. Want to go?
