He Sent a Saviour.
“For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:38-39 NASB)
That’s some pretty serious loving coming to the children of I AM. God, who delivered His chosen people from Egyptian bondage, now delivers His children from sin. Jesus conquered the power of sin; death will not separate us from God’s love witnessed in His Son. Good for starters, don’t you think?? Resurrected life revealed in Christ.
Life can take some very dark turns. Struggles and temptations reveal the worst in us. But God’s steadfast love and forgiveness flows freely through Christ. Believers in the Son of God have become everlasting beings, children of Almighty God. We will never ever be separated from God’s love in Christ, now and forever more.
