Saddest sight you will ever see is a soul without hope. Well, I have good news for everyone God is the God of hope. He gives hope for the future. That’s what matters, when now is done. A better future, that’s for sure. Listen Islam: Jesus rules believing gentiles, in Him we trust and hope. And when we do, He fills us with joy and peace. A bright light of hope, the power of the Holy Spirit, and like Stephen we see a better future.
“Again Isaiah says, ‘There shall come the root of Jesse,
And He who arises to rule over the Gentiles,
In Him will the Gentiles hope.’
Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15:12-13 NASB)
Jesus, our reason for hope
“In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his resting place will be glorious.” (Isaiah 11:10 NASB)
He has given us hope for the future, a glorious future. Imagine what this earth will be like! Jesus will reign as King over all of the nations. Ever wonder where you will be, near a mountain or by the sea? I’m sure our new bodies will need a place to call home. A place to be.
