That love would be pure, and its story wonderfully told, then there would be power to redeem the soul. Love for the Father was seen in His Son. That kind of love is something to believe in. And that love is in the person of Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith. His testimony is the spirit of prophecy revealing the past, present and future.
We can learn from the ancient past. All of those saints are watching to see if we do. I was a slow learner, maybe you are too. Jesus gave us reason to believe, rest assured our future secured in Him. The hard part is finished!
“Therefore, since we also have such a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let’s rid ourselves of every obstacle and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let’s run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking only at Jesus, the originator and perfecter of the faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Hebrews 12:1-2 NASB)
The chickens have given up trying to outsmart the squirrel and the blue jay is way too fast. Now there is peace between them.
