A message concerning our resurrection day.
“You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
“Love works no evil to a neighbor; therefore, love is the fulfillment of the Law.”
“Do this, knowing the time, that it is already the hour for you to awaken from sleep; for now, our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is almost gone, and the day is near. Therefore, let’s rid ourselves of the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.” (Romans 13:9-12)
Wow! “Deeds of darkness!” Words meant to wake us up. “It is already the hour.” The night is passing, and a new day is near. May this Resurrection Day remembrance find you looking forward to that new day we have been promised. In the meantime, we must rid ourselves of all our dark deeds, our need is to exist in God’s armor of light (truth). Safest place to be “knowing the time.”
