“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written: “But the righteous one will live by faith.” (Romans 1:16-17 NASB)
That’s good news. God is revealing His righteousness. Why would anyone be ashamed of declaring God’s lovingkindness toward those who believe His Son? How wonderful to believe. One has to hear to believe, glad someone told me. So, believe that He is, and that He rewards those who seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6) Prayer is the first thing that comes to my mind. “Ask, seek and knock” (Matthew 7:7 & Luke 11:9)
Needed cement blooks to finish a project. Found them advertised last night. A 45-minute drive this morning, $15 and a little labor and I will now be able. Such a thing is a very small matter for God. We are greatly loved.
