Light Shinning in the Dark

It is creepy and sad, being able to see in the darkness.

Injustice first angers those who can see, then there are cries for justice. God hears the cries of His children. We may not hear, but He does. I pray you can see in this darkness. I fear most don’t. They avoid the light and live without life, pretending all is alright. Sad being able to see.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the Light of mankind. And the Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not grasp it.” (John 1:1-5 NASB)

No mortal can understand immortality, God is beyond total comprehension. The best we can do is believe the Word. Faith in Jesus comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ. (Romans 10:17) He is the Light that shines in this darkness. “And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among mankind by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12 NASB)

No one else but Jesus.

” Jesus answered and said to them, “Go and report to John what you hear and see: those who are blind receive sight and those who limp walk, those with leprosy are cleansed and those who are deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor have the gospel preached to them. And blessed is any person who does not take offense at Me.” (Matthew 11:4-6 NASB)
