Breaking it Down

Jesus gave God’s testimony to humankind. It was God’s will that His Son should suffer and die, receiving the consequences of our sins, so that we might be saved through repentance and faith. Death could not keep Jesus who was innocent, nor will it keep those for whom He died.

We now have hope in our own resurrection to life eternal. More than hope, we have a downpayment. God gives us His Spirit who leads us into truth which causes obedience to our Lord and Savior.

Sanctified, made holy. An objective fact providing certainty to those with faith. Proof of salvation.

“Now faith is the certainty of things hoped for, a proof of things not seen.” (Hebrew 11:1 NASB)

I Know Whom I have trusted. Jesus revealed His Father.
