Before there was a you or me,
before this world came to be, God decided what will be. And when.
“He was chosen before the creation of the world but was revealed in these last times for your sake. Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so your faith and hope are in God.” 1 Peter 1:20-21 NASB)
If not for Jesus we would be Muslim, Hindi, Buddhist or some other religion that claimed a different god. Christ told us of His Father through the gospel of the kingdom. Through grace and love, mercy and righteousness we have come to know our Creator, the One who said, “Let it be” and “let us make man in our image.” Without Jesus, we would be like the rest, we would not know God.
“All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.” (Matthew 11:27 NASB Luke 10:22)
So, others may have heard about God, but if not for Jesus, they will never know Him. How amazing life becomes for those who do. Thank You, Jesus.
