They never met your Father or your Brother so they have no idea what these two are like, except you say you’re Family. Strangest of things is they are watching you to show them what life in Christ is like. They are not looking for crazy or something they could never be. Humbled folks seeking reality. “Love must be free of hypocrisy. Detest what is evil; cling to what is good.” (Romans 12:9 NASB)
