God’s Plans

“Your eyes have seen my formless substance; And in Your book were written All the days that were ordained for me, When as yet there was not one of them.” (Psalm 139:16 NASB)

Our days have been set, written down by God in a book. Just the right number to fulfill God’s purpose. Moses is a great example of God’s planning, and knowing the time needed to accomplish His purpose.

“So, Moses the servant of the Lord died there in the land of Moab, in accordance with the word of the Lord. And He buried him in the valley in the land of Moab, opposite Beth-peor; but no one knows his burial place to this day. Although Moses was 120 years old when he died, his eyesight was not dim, nor had his vigor left him.” (Deuteronomy 34: 5-7 NASB)

Some things are settled, like the length of our lives. How our days fit into God’s plan remains to be seen. Faith and denial have different conclusions, both have a part in God’s plan.
“So, teach us to number our days, That we may present to You a heart of wisdom.” (Psalm 90:12 NASB)
