Power and Glory

I was thinking about God’s power and His glory as witnessed in my own life. Hardly a glimpse, but it saved me. Saved to live with Him forever, how amazing is that! God even tells me what will be. He recorded His word for all to know that His power and glory are coming.

“Yours, Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty, indeed everything that is in the heavens and on the earth; Yours is the dominion, Lord, and You exalt Yourself as head over all.” (1 Chronicles 29:11)

“So have I seen You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and glory“ (Psalm 63:2)
“And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory.” (Matthew 24:30)

I pray that you too have experienced a glimpse of God’s power and glory as faith in His word changes you. “But we all, with unveiled faces, looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.” (2 Corinthians 3:18)
