We know what others don’t.
Christ is in those who believe. I know! Amazing. Hard to believe that you are occupied, but in time His presence becomes obvious to those with faith that He has watered with the word. Lots of things we did not know at the first. We simply believed in Jesus’ forgiveness and came to Him clueless that God the Father was mercifully revealing our need. In time we come to realize that our life is hid in Christ and being readied to be revealed.
“that is, the mystery which had been hidden from the past ages and generations, but now has been revealed to His saints, to whom God willed to make known what the wealth of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles is, the mystery that is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” (Colossians 1:26-27)
So, you have heard the mystery long hidden, but now revealed. “Christ in you, the hope of glory.” We have what others don’t: Faith in the Son of God, Hope in the resurrection, Love for God and each other. Do you know why? Jesus lives in those who believe.
